About Josh Frazier

Josh Frazier’s experience as a US Realtor and his years as a manager in the mortgage industry has helped him quickly gain recognition as a top agent in Belize. Josh is now one of the owners of 17 North Global. His track record as an accomplished US Realtor with one of the largest agent teams in Texas provides him with the industry knowledge to lead our training programs and new agent orientation. Prior to working in real estate, Josh had a successful career as a manager with Bank of America working in the mortgage department. His knowledge and experience in banking, real estate, and lead generation are an enormous asset to our island team.
